Talia is passionate about sourcing the highest quality produce and designing menus with the freshest, seasonal ingredients available.


She has a strong affinity with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking from her upbringing, which she loves to combine with experiences collected from her extensive travels. She has a passion for plant based cooking but her diverse knowledge of global cuisine allows her to cater for any event you require.

She is able to work as a personal chef, cooking regular meals for your family, as well as, larger scale dinner parties, summer barbecues and buffets. 

A carefully tailored bespoke menu will be designed and agreed in advance. All the food will be purchased, prepared and supplied to your location and then everything will be cleaned down at the end of your event, allowing you to enjoy your party without any hassle or stress.


All menus can be adapted to suit any dietary requirements. 

Talia is also available for private cookery classes, teaching you how to make delicious meals with the freshest ingredients provided. This can include making fresh bread, pasta and baking or learning how to make classic meals at your home.
