Talia is a chef, food stylist and recipe writer.
Talia has trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine earning her a Distinction diploma in classical cooking and a WSET Level 2 certificate in wine.
Her love for all things food has taken her from working for catering companies, restaurants and as a freelance food stylist and recipe developer. Talia also works as a private chef, catering for supper clubs, dinner parties, holidays and larger events.
Being raised in the London food scene with a Turkish Cypriot heritage, she is constantly developing her culinary skills and love for Mediterranean cuisine. Talia has worked at Nopi, Ottolenghi in London and is currently living in Sydney, Australia, working at Hello Fresh and 1 Hat restaurant Nomad, developing an emphasis on sustainable, zero waste cooking.
Talia is available for private catering, recipe testing and menu development, advertising and cook book styling.
